These Terms & Conditions apply to chauffeured transportation services offered under the Austin Icon Limo brand, operated by KAS6 LLC. By making a reservation, authorizing payment, or using Austin Icon Limo transportation services, the customer agrees to the applicable reservation confirmation, quotation, and these Terms & Conditions. If a written quotation, contract, affiliate agreement, event agreement, or reservation confirmation contains terms that differ from this page, the terms stated in that specific agreement or confirmation will apply to that reservation.
Important information regarding booking confirmations, reservation changes, vehicle availability, hourly service, and special transportation requirements.
A reservation is considered confirmed when Austin Icon Limo accepts the booking and issues a reservation confirmation or written quotation. Customers are responsible for reviewing all reservation details for accuracy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, mobile numbers, pickup locations, destinations, flight information, passenger counts, luggage requirements, and any special transportation needs when making a reservation.
Austin Icon Limo (AICL) may send automated service-related notifications to the mobile number provided with the reservation. These notifications may include booking confirmation, chauffeur assignment or on-the-way updates, chauffeur arrival notifications, trip status updates, and a post-trip thank-you message with a request for feedback about the transportation service.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the passenger's mobile carrier and service plan.
Changes to pickup time, pickup location, destination, passenger count, vehicle type, or other reservation details must be requested at least three (3) hours before the scheduled pickup time. All changes are subject to availability and may result in an adjustment to the transportation price.
Planned stops should be included when the reservation is made so appropriate travel time and routing can be arranged. Unplanned stops may be accommodated when possible and may be subject to additional waiting time, mileage, hourly, or other applicable service charges.
Vehicle assignments are subject to availability. Austin Icon Limo may substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle when reasonably necessary due to maintenance, operational requirements, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Vehicle selection should consider both passenger count and luggage requirements. Austin Icon Limo may recommend a larger vehicle when the reserved vehicle cannot safely or comfortably accommodate the passengers and luggage presented for service.
Hourly chauffeur reservations generally require a three-hour minimum unless a different minimum is stated in a specific quotation, reservation confirmation, contract, or special-event agreement.
Weddings, concerts, sporting events, festivals, conferences, large groups, and other special events may have separate minimum-hour requirements, pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, or other reservation terms. Any special terms will be stated in the applicable quotation or confirmation.

Rates may vary based on vehicle type, service type, duration, mileage, pickup location, destination, date, special events, demand, and other reservation requirements. The applicable transportation price will be stated in the reservation confirmation or written quotation.
Austin Icon Limo accepts major U.S. and internationally issued credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as approved electronic payment methods.
Austin Icon Limo does not charge an additional processing fee for credit card payments.
A 20% chauffeur gratuity is included in the total price shown on the applicable reservation confirmation or quotation unless different terms are specifically stated in writing.
Standard tolls and applicable airport fees are included in the transportation price. Express lane tolls, when used, are calculated and charged separately. Parking fees are not included and may be added to the final transportation cost when applicable.
Austin Icon Limo provides reservation invoices and payment receipts for completed transactions. Corporate travelers and business clients may request documentation for accounting, expense reporting, or reimbursement purposes.
Austin Icon Limo maintains PCI DSS compliance and completes required PCI compliance validation through SecurityMetrics. Austin Icon Limo does not directly store full credit card information. Payment card details are handled through authorized payment processing and reservation systems designed to protect cardholder data.
By providing or authorizing a payment method, the customer authorizes Austin Icon Limo and its authorized payment processors to charge amounts due under the applicable reservation, including approved transportation charges and additional charges incurred under the reservation terms.
Important information regarding complimentary waiting periods, additional waiting time, and cancellation requirements.
Point-to-point reservations include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time will be charged at $2.00 per minute unless different terms are stated in the reservation confirmation or written quotation.
Domestic airport arrival reservations include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time will be charged at $2.00 per minute unless different terms are stated in the reservation confirmation or written quotation.
International airport arrival reservations include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time will be charged at $2.00 per minute unless different terms are stated in the reservation confirmation or written quotation.
Standard reservations may generally be cancelled at least six hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made outside the applicable cancellation period may be subject to charges stated in the reservation confirmation or quotation.
Special events, large-group transportation, contracts, affiliate reservations, and individually quoted services may have different cancellation deadlines or charges. The written terms associated with the applicable reservation will apply.
If a passenger has not arrived by the end of the applicable complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time charges may apply. Customers should contact Austin Icon Limo as soon as possible if they expect a delay.
Information regarding flight tracking, airport pickup procedures, Meet & Greet service, child car seats, accessibility requests, and private aviation transportation.
When valid flight information is provided with an airport reservation, Austin Icon Limo monitors the flight status to help coordinate chauffeur arrival with the passenger's updated arrival time. Customers should notify our reservation team as soon as possible if the airline, flight number, terminal, or travel plans change.
At Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Austin Icon Limo operates as a permitted ground transportation provider and uses the airport's designated limousine and commercial transportation pickup area. This pickup location is separate from the rideshare pickup area used by services such as Uber and Lyft.
Meet & Greet service may be arranged when requested. For this service, the chauffeur will meet the passenger inside the terminal near the designated arrival area and display a digital sign with the passenger's name. Pickup procedures may vary by airport or terminal.
For curbside pickup, the chauffeur will be positioned with the vehicle at the designated limousine pickup area and will display a digital sign with the passenger's name to help the passenger identify the chauffeur and vehicle.
Child car seats are available upon request at no additional charge, subject to availability. Customers should request the seat in advance and provide the child's age and seating requirements so the appropriate seat can be coordinated.
Austin Icon Limo can accommodate passengers traveling with their own wheelchair in appropriate vehicles, subject to vehicle capacity and availability. Austin Icon Limo does not provide wheelchairs. Customers should inform our reservation team of accessibility requirements in advance so an appropriate vehicle can be coordinated.
Austin Icon Limo provides transportation for private jet passengers, executives, flight crews, families, and VIP travelers. Pickup and drop-off procedures remain subject to the access requirements of the applicable airport, FBO, or private terminal.
Customers should provide the passenger name, mobile number, airline, flight number, arrival or departure time, pickup location, destination, number of passengers, luggage requirements, and any special transportation requests when making an airport reservation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, mobile numbers, pickup locations, destinations, passenger counts, luggage requirements, flight information, and any special transportation requirements needed to properly coordinate the reservation.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Austin Icon Limo vehicles. This policy helps maintain a clean, comfortable, and premium environment for all passengers.
Passengers must conduct themselves in a manner that does not threaten the safety of the chauffeur, other passengers, the public, or the vehicle. Austin Icon Limo reserves the right to decline or terminate transportation when reasonably necessary to protect safety or comply with applicable law.
Customers may be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from damage to a vehicle or excessive cleaning required due to the actions of the customer or passengers in their party. Applicable charges may include cleaning, repair, or other documented costs resulting from the incident.
Austin Icon Limo maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of alcohol, illegal drugs, intoxicating substances, or the misuse of prescription or non-prescription medications by chauffeurs while providing transportation services. Passenger safety, professional conduct, and responsible vehicle operation are fundamental requirements of our service.
Austin Icon Limo does not operate as a rideshare service. Transportation services are provided by professional chauffeurs who maintain the applicable chauffeur permits, driver credentials, and qualifications required for the services they perform.
Important information regarding affiliate transportation, service delays, personal property, and circumstances that may affect transportation services.
Austin Icon Limo may coordinate transportation through qualified affiliate transportation providers when service is requested outside our directly operated service areas or when operationally appropriate. Affiliate providers are expected to maintain applicable licensing, permits, commercial insurance, and professional service standards required for the transportation services they perform.
Austin Icon Limo will make reasonable efforts to provide transportation according to the confirmed reservation. However, service may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, airport restrictions, law-enforcement activity, mechanical emergencies, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Austin Icon Limo will make reasonable efforts to assist with items reported as lost or left in a vehicle but cannot guarantee recovery. Delivery, courier, or shipping costs associated with returning recovered property may be the responsibility of the passenger.
If a vehicle becomes unavailable because of a mechanical, safety, or operational issue, Austin Icon Limo will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement vehicle or alternative transportation when possible. Replacement vehicle type and arrival time are subject to availability and the circumstances of the interruption.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Austin Icon Limo and KAS6 LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Transportation services are subject to applicable federal, state, local, airport, and transportation authority rules and requirements. Service procedures may be modified when necessary to comply with applicable safety, security, permitting, or regulatory requirements.

Austin Icon Limo is operated by KAS6 LLC, a Texas business providing professional chauffeured transportation services under the Austin Icon Limo brand.
The abbreviation “AICL” may be used in reservation communications, invoices, documents, or other materials as a shortened reference to Austin Icon Limo. Any reference to “AICL” means Austin Icon Limo, operated by KAS6 LLC.
Austin Icon Limo (AICL) does not sell customers' personal information. Customer information is used as reasonably necessary to process reservations, provide transportation services, communicate trip updates, process payments, provide customer support, and operate our services.
Information may be shared with authorized service providers, payment processors, reservation technology providers, or transportation affiliates when reasonably necessary to complete or support a reservation, subject to applicable privacy and security requirements.
Austin Icon Limo maintains applicable operating authority, vehicle permits, chauffeur credentials, commercial insurance, and other regulatory requirements applicable to the transportation services it provides.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, subject to any applicable federal, state, local, or other laws that cannot lawfully be waived or modified by agreement.
Reservation confirmations, quotations, payment authorizations, and other service-related records may be provided or maintained electronically. Electronic records and authorizations may be used in connection with the booking, payment, and performance of transportation services, subject to applicable law.
Austin Icon Limo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to a reservation will be determined by the terms provided or made available in connection with that reservation, unless different written terms are specifically agreed upon.
